Exercise is our joy! We want to give you several different alternatives for exercise, so that you can find activities that are just right for your well-being and activity level.
If you want to exercise on your own, you can run along the jogging path, go Nordic walking, or ride a bike in the Finnish countryside. Or get to know the lake on a boat or a canoe, or even an sup board. In the winter, weather allowing, you can move in the nature by skating, snow shoeing, kicksledding or cross-country skiing on our ski tracks. You will experience Finnish nature from a whole new perspective!
In and around Iloranta, there are many ways to keep fit. You can play traditional yard games or football, or jump on a trampoline. There are two tennis courts, a beach volleyball field, a basketball court, and a bocce court in the Iloranta area. We can even provide all the necessary equipment for these games. There is also a large, well-equipped gym at Iloranta, for when the weather outside is not so tempting.
