Main building

The accommodation facilities in the main building are located upstairs, where there are three cozy 2-4 person rooms equipped with their own toilet, two of which also have their own shower.

Additionally, on the upper floor of the main building, there is one four-person room and Räystäs, a room for one person. The shared toilet and shower facilities are located in the hallway.

The Grandma and Grandpa’s Room (H1)

Leena’s room (H2)

The Room 2 has two spaces. The first room has a double bed and a low window under the eaves. The second room has 2 x 80cm beds in a row under the eaves. The spaces under the eaves are lower in height.

Santtu’s room (H3)

The room has a double bed and two 80cm separate beds, one of which is under the “eave”, in a lower space. The room’s toilet and shower are in the hallway, across from the room. The room is cozy and has a window facing the direction of the road, over the roofs.

Samu’s room (H4)

Room 4 has a double bed and two 80cm wide beds under the “eave”, in a slightly lower space. The room has a balcony facing the road and its own toilet. The room is at the end of the main upstairs hallway, in a very peaceful location.

Räystäs

The Räystäs room has one 80cm wide bed “under the eave”, in a slightly lower space. The room is at the end of the main upstairs hallway, in a very peaceful location.

Punainen talo (red house)

Laari is the front porch of the house, a covered area where people often gather to watch various programs. The open space in front of Laari is also the gathering place of Iloranta. The bell of the red house often chimes to signal the start of the programs. The red house is a favorite accommodation for camp school students. The personalized rooms, bunk beds, and slanted floors are quite different from what one is used to. The building has three rooms with their own entrance (5, 6 and 11), while the others are accessed through a shared entrance. Upstairs there is a common lounge area with a seating group for relaxing and a toilet. Downstairs there is a shared toilet and shower facility. Pets are also allowed in the red house for a small additional fee.

Omenatarha

Omenatarha is the hotel wing of Iloranta that was completed in 2011. It got its name from the previous Apple Orchard that was removed to make way for the building. Omenatarha has 10 rooms, five of which have a balcony and five have a terrace with a private outdoor entrance.

The accommodation facilities of Omenatarha are located in connection with the main building. Each room has a toilet and shower, refrigerator, electric kettle and a television. Hair dryers and ironing supplies are available. Two of the rooms with terraces are also suitable for accommodating pets together with the family.

Cottages and old granaries

The cottages are situated on the property, surrounding the tennis courts. There are five cottages in total, each able to accommodate 5-6 guests. Three of the cottages have two separate rooms, while the remaining two have one larger room with a sleeping alcove featuring bunk beds. Guests are also welcome to bring their pets for a small additional charge.

All of the cottages are equipped with a terrace, as well as private shower and toilet facilities. The standard amenities include a refrigerator, electric kettle, and television.

Mökit

Iso Aitta

The terrace of the granary (aitta) offers a view of the shore hill and Sylvia Regina’s campfire area. The cottage, which was renovated in 2021, is equipped with a coffee maker, water heater, refrigerator and microwave.

Sinikello (MI)

The cabin can accommodate up to 5 guests. It is situated on the property, surrounding the tennis courts. The cabin is equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, and television.

The sleeping arrangements consist of:

Other accommodation

On the property, on the other side of the Parvi (loft), there is a cozy Takaluukku for two people. The Takaluukku provides direct access to the Lysti , which also serves as a gathering space in the evenings. Takaluukku has its own toilet and shower.

At the other end of the Parvi, next to the library, is the Topi’s Room, which is excellent for a lecturer, for example, as there is access to the meeting room via an indoor route. The Topin huone also has its own shower and toilet.
